Terms and Conditions
- All persons of legal age (at least 18 years) with a LinkedIn account can participate in the contest. Participation with more than one account is not allowed and will lead to disqualification.
Participation in the contest is by commenting on the post [Join us at Formula Student Germany!]. The comment should contain an answer to the question „Why you would like to attend Formula Student Germany?”. The comment can be in either German or English language. Sending multiple answers does not increase the chances of winning.
- The winners will be drawn according to the „drawing without replacement“ principle, i.e., each participant can only be drawn once.
- A total of three tickets for the Formula Student Germany event will be raffled. Each ticket entitles the winner to entry to the event along with one accompanying person. Further information about the Formula Student Germany event can be found here: https://www.formulastudent.de/fsg/
- The winners will be contacted by Hyundai Motor Europe Technical Center GmbH, Hyundai Platz, 65428 Rüsselsheim am Main („HMETC“) via private message on LinkedIn. The winners must provide the following personal data: first and last name of the winner; the first and last name of the accompanying person is not required. This personal data will only be communicated to the organizer of the Formula Student Germany event to ensure that the winners can be clearly identified and use their ticket. The personal data will be deleted without undue delay. Winners will be notified via LinkedIn private message.
- Further details on the use of the ticket will be communicated to the winners via LinkedIn message.
- Prizes are delivered without an invoice. It is not possible to issue an invoice upon request.
- Employees of HMETC and employees of affiliated companies of HMETC are excluded from the contest.
- A cash payment of the prizes is not possible. The entitlement to the prize cannot be transferred.
- HMETC may terminate or cancel the contest at any time without stating reasons. This particularly applies if technical or legal reasons require it.
- With the delivery of the prize, HMETC is released from all obligations. HMETC is not liable for material and/or legal defects that arise from the prizes provided by participating companies. HMETC is also not liable for any consequences arising from the insolvency of a participating company. In particular, HMETC is not liable for the actual occurrence of the ‚Formula Student Germany Event.‘ The sole obligation of HMETC is to provide a ticket to the ‚Formula Student Germany Event‘; any travel, accommodation, food, or other expenses related to the ‚Formula Student Germany Event‘ must be borne by the winners themselves. HMETC is not liable for the actual occurrence of the ‚Formula Student Germany Event.‘ HMETC is only liable for damages caused by HMETC.
Legal recourse is excluded.
