To start shortly, we are currently seeking for our department PTSD a

Bachelor Thesis Student / Master Thesis Student / Intern (M/F/D) For Evaluation Of The Multi Injection Capability Of Modern GDI Injection Systems 

You will be responsible for

  • Literature study related to modern fuel injection systems and engines with focus injection pattern
  • Literature study to understand the principles of measurement technologies for injection systems
  • Build-up of latest injection system design on test rig
  • Define testing concept and plan test campaign
  • Investigate the capabilities and the functional limits of latest injection system design for multi injection
  • Plan and execute a parameter study and try to identify measures for function improvement
  • Systematic analysis and presentation of test data
  • Create regular progress reports and documentation

Who we are looking for

  • Appropriate level of theoretical know how and skills in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or similar
  • Base knowledge in modern engine technology & fuel injection technology
  • Willingness to work in component test laboratories for powertrain systems with high hands-on attitude
  • Passion for technology and willingness to work autonomously in agile environments
  • Ability to collect and analyze “big data”
  • Solid knowledge in MS Office applications
  • Willingness to work in multi-cultural teams
  • Good English skills mandatory
