To start shortly, we are currently seeking for our High Performance Vehicle Development department an

(Sr.) Engineer for HV Battery & EDU Development (M/F/D)

You will be responsible for

  • Electrical/thermal design and logic function development for HV battery & EDU of our N Brand High Performance Vehicles
  • Build component simulation models & battery management system using Matlab Simulink and support the integration into Full Vehicle Simulation models
  • Support/perform measurements and verify/analyze measurement results using analytical and simulation tools
  • Support roll-out and E/E related trouble-shooting of prototype and series production vehicles
  • Contribute to future E/E architecture development/design of N Brand High Performance Vehicles
  • Project planning whilst ensuring optimal usage of budget, resources and timeframe
  • Documentation and presentation of project & development results in English language
  • Close cooperation with HMETC departments and R&D Center in Namyang (South Korea) as well as external partners

Who we are looking for

  • Degree in electrical or automotive engineering
  • Min. 3 years of experience in the area of HV Battery or EDU Development
  • Experience in High Performance or Race Cars development and E/E architectures
  • DGUV 209-093 / Level 3S / 3E
  • Software: Sound knowledge/handling of Matlab Simulink
  • Pro-activity & high self-motivation with excellent analytical skills as well as a passion for learning
  • Broad overview on relevant innovative technologies & trends to develop state-of-the-art High Performance Vehicles
  • Very good command of English, intercultural & communication skills and openness to work in a multi-national environment
  • Willingness to travel and valid European driving license B
