To start shortly, we are currently seeking a

Working Student for Human Resources Department (M/F/D)

You will be responsible for

  • Administrative support of the Human Resources department such as preparing reference letters and certificates, filing documents, ordering office supplies, handling company invoices, publishing job advertisements, preparing welcome packages and documents for new hires, supporting company jubilees, etc.
  • Maintaining internal Human Resources IT systems such as recording of sick leaves and missing working times, creating new accounts, etc.

Who we are looking for

  • Study of business administration or comparable
  • Pro-active, structured and accurate working style and high level of reliability
  • Flexibility to adapt to new challenges
  • Willingness to learn and bring in new ideas
  • Intercultural competencies and interest in working in an international environment
  • Very good command of German and English language
  • Knowledge of the MS Office Package would be a plus
