TEAM ASSISTANT (M/F/D)

To start shortly, we are currently seeking for our Genesis Design Europe department a

 Team Assistant (M/F/D)

You will be responsible for

Supporting Genesis Design Europe in all administrative topics:

  • Independently handling budget and finance related tasks incl. purchase orders, purchase request tracking and year end closing process
  • Helping manage communication within Genesis Design Europe, including organization of business meetings and special events, such as VIP meetings. Independently working on organizational topics such as employee trainings, NDA monitoring or conference planning
  • Overseeing general office management duties (e.g. handling of NDA, office supplies, new employee arrangements and also translation of Korean documents to English etc.)
  • Arranging all matters related to business travel such as flights, accommodations and reimbursement of expenses

Who we are looking for

  • Vocational training in business management or foreign language correspondence
  • Min. 2 years of work experience as team or personal assistant
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, additional software capability helpful
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mentality
  • Well organized, flexible and reliable
  • Motivated to work in an international environment
  • A good command of English and Korean, German would be a plus
  • Self-motivated
